Terms and Conditions of Service for the www.carfix.ac store<\/strong><\/h2>
  1. Definitions<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>
    • Shop<\/strong> \u2013 online shop operated by Nox2 sp. z o.o., available at www.carfix.ac. <\/li>
    • Customer<\/strong> \u2013 a natural person, legal entity or organisational unit that purchases products in the Store.<\/li>
    • Seller<\/strong> \u2013 Nox2 sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Sarmacka 5G, 02-972 Warsaw, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 9512604898. <\/li>
    • Goods<\/strong> \u2013 aerosols with gas for car air conditioning and vehicle care chemicals available in the Store’s offer.<\/li>
    • Working days<\/strong> \u2013 days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.<\/li><\/ul>
      1. Scope of services provided<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>
        1. The shop sells retail and wholesale products for car care and air conditioning maintenance.<\/li>
        2. Sales are conducted via the online store www.carfix.ac and possibly other sales channels (e.g. by phone or email).<\/li>
        3. All products offered in the Store are brand new, free from defects and compliant with applicable standards.<\/li><\/ol>
          1. Ordering rules<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>
            1. The customer can place an order via the website, by phone or by email.<\/li>
            2. Orders are processed after full payment has been received or, in the case of cash on delivery, after the order has been confirmed.<\/li>
            3. The customer undertakes to provide correct data necessary for the execution of the order.<\/li>
            4. The seller reserves the right to cancel the order if false information is suspected.<\/li><\/ol>
              1. Prices and payment methods<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>
                1. All prices listed in the Store are gross prices (including VAT).<\/li>
                2. The customer can make payments:<\/li><\/ol>
                  • by bank transfer,<\/li>
                  • via electronic payment systems (Przelewy24, PayPal).<\/li><\/ul>
                    1. Delivery costs are added to the price of the products in accordance with the delivery price list available on the Store’s website.<\/li><\/ol>
                      1. Order fulfilment and delivery<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>
                        1. Orders are processed within 1 to 5 working days of payment being received.<\/li>
                        2. Delivery is made via courier companies or InPost parcel lockers.<\/li>
                        3. The customer is obliged to check the condition of the package upon receipt. In the event of damage to the shipment, they should draw up a damage report in the presence of the courier. <\/li><\/ol>
                          1. Complaints and returns<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>
                            1. The customer has the right to return the goods within 30 days of receipt, in accordance with the return policy described on the Store’s website.<\/li>
                            2. Returns are only possible for unopened products in their original packaging.<\/li>
                            3. In the event of a defective product, the Customer may submit a complaint by email to office@nox2.eu or in writing to the company’s address.<\/li>
                            4. The Seller shall consider the complaint within 14 days of its receipt and inform the Customer of further proceedings.<\/li><\/ol>
                              1. Responsibility and limitations<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>
                                1. The seller shall not be liable for any damage resulting from improper use of the purchased products.<\/li>
                                2. Products containing aerosols and chemicals should be stored and used in accordance with the instructions on the packaging.<\/li>
                                3. The seller shall not be liable for delays in delivery resulting from causes beyond its control.<\/li><\/ol>
                                  1. Withdrawal from the contract<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>
                                    1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.<\/li>
                                    2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer should send a relevant statement to the e-mail address office@nox2.eu or to the company’s registered office address.<\/li>
                                    3. The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.<\/li><\/ol>
                                      1. Final provisions<\/strong><\/li>
                                      2. In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act shall apply.<\/li>
                                      3. The seller reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions.<\/li>
                                      4.
