Terms and Conditions of Service for the www.carfix.ac store

  1. Definitions
  • Shop – online shop operated by Nox2 sp. z o.o., available at www.carfix.ac.
  • Customer – a natural person, legal entity or organisational unit that purchases products in the Store.
  • Seller – Nox2 sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Sarmacka 5G, 02-972 Warsaw, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 9512604898.
  • Goods – aerosols with gas for car air conditioning and vehicle care chemicals available in the Store’s offer.
  • Working days – days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  1. Scope of services provided
  1. The shop sells retail and wholesale products for car care and air conditioning maintenance.
  2. Sales are conducted via the online store www.carfix.ac and possibly other sales channels (e.g. by phone or email).
  3. All products offered in the Store are brand new, free from defects and compliant with applicable standards.
  1. Ordering rules
  1. The customer can place an order via the website, by phone or by email.
  2. Orders are processed after full payment has been received or, in the case of cash on delivery, after the order has been confirmed.
  3. The customer undertakes to provide correct data necessary for the execution of the order.
  4. The seller reserves the right to cancel the order if false information is suspected.
  1. Prices and payment methods
  1. All prices listed in the Store are gross prices (including VAT).
  2. The customer can make payments:
  • by bank transfer,
  • via electronic payment systems (Przelewy24, PayPal).
  1. Delivery costs are added to the price of the products in accordance with the delivery price list available on the Store’s website.
  1. Order fulfilment and delivery
  1. Orders are processed within 1 to 5 working days of payment being received.
  2. Delivery is made via courier companies or InPost parcel lockers.
  3. The customer is obliged to check the condition of the package upon receipt. In the event of damage to the shipment, they should draw up a damage report in the presence of the courier.
  1. Complaints and returns
  1. The customer has the right to return the goods within 30 days of receipt, in accordance with the return policy described on the Store’s website.
  2. Returns are only possible for unopened products in their original packaging.
  3. In the event of a defective product, the Customer may submit a complaint by email to office@nox2.eu or in writing to the company’s address.
  4. The Seller shall consider the complaint within 14 days of its receipt and inform the Customer of further proceedings.
  1. Responsibility and limitations
  1. The seller shall not be liable for any damage resulting from improper use of the purchased products.
  2. Products containing aerosols and chemicals should be stored and used in accordance with the instructions on the packaging.
  3. The seller shall not be liable for delays in delivery resulting from causes beyond its control.
  1. Withdrawal from the contract
  1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
  2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer should send a relevant statement to the e-mail address office@nox2.eu or to the company’s registered office address.
  3. The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
  1. Final provisions
  2. In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act shall apply.
  3. The seller reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions.
  4. Any disputes arising from the performance of the sales agreement shall be settled by the court having jurisdiction over the Seller’s registered office.
