Terms and Conditions of Service for the www.carfix.ac store
- Definitions
- Shop – online shop operated by Nox2 sp. z o.o., available at www.carfix.ac.
- Customer – a natural person, legal entity or organisational unit that purchases products in the Store.
- Seller – Nox2 sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Sarmacka 5G, 02-972 Warsaw, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 9512604898.
- Goods – aerosols with gas for car air conditioning and vehicle care chemicals available in the Store’s offer.
- Working days – days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Scope of services provided
- The shop sells retail and wholesale products for car care and air conditioning maintenance.
- Sales are conducted via the online store www.carfix.ac and possibly other sales channels (e.g. by phone or email).
- All products offered in the Store are brand new, free from defects and compliant with applicable standards.
- Ordering rules
- The customer can place an order via the website, by phone or by email.
- Orders are processed after full payment has been received or, in the case of cash on delivery, after the order has been confirmed.
- The customer undertakes to provide correct data necessary for the execution of the order.
- The seller reserves the right to cancel the order if false information is suspected.
- Prices and payment methods
- All prices listed in the Store are gross prices (including VAT).
- The customer can make payments:
- by bank transfer,
- via electronic payment systems (Przelewy24, PayPal).
- Delivery costs are added to the price of the products in accordance with the delivery price list available on the Store’s website.
- Order fulfilment and delivery
- Orders are processed within 1 to 5 working days of payment being received.
- Delivery is made via courier companies or InPost parcel lockers.
- The customer is obliged to check the condition of the package upon receipt. In the event of damage to the shipment, they should draw up a damage report in the presence of the courier.
- Complaints and returns
- The customer has the right to return the goods within 30 days of receipt, in accordance with the return policy described on the Store’s website.
- Returns are only possible for unopened products in their original packaging.
- In the event of a defective product, the Customer may submit a complaint by email to office@nox2.eu or in writing to the company’s address.
- The Seller shall consider the complaint within 14 days of its receipt and inform the Customer of further proceedings.
- Responsibility and limitations
- The seller shall not be liable for any damage resulting from improper use of the purchased products.
- Products containing aerosols and chemicals should be stored and used in accordance with the instructions on the packaging.
- The seller shall not be liable for delays in delivery resulting from causes beyond its control.
- Withdrawal from the contract
- The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer should send a relevant statement to the e-mail address office@nox2.eu or to the company’s registered office address.
- The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
- Final provisions
- In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act shall apply.
- The seller reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions.
- Any disputes arising from the performance of the sales agreement shall be settled by the court having jurisdiction over the Seller’s registered office.
