CarFix BRAND

We are a Polish manufacturer and distributor of specialised automotive chemicals and a packager of technical gases and replacement refrigerants R134a and R1234yf for air conditioning and heat pump equipment and units. In addition, our offer includes car cosmetics, packaged in both spray and aerosol form, as well as waxes and coatings for car paints. We have our own research and development laboratory, where we improve the quality of our products and the consistency of our coatings. The entire production process is carried out in our own manufacturing plant, using our own production and warehouse staff. We distribute our products to our distribution network in Europe, Africa and North America.

We have our own production facility and warehouse with specialised staff. For this reason, we make every effort to dispatch each order as soon as possible after payment has been received. During this time, we will send you an electronic notification (e-mail or text message) regarding the status of your order.

GUIDE TO SAFE DELIVERY RECEIPT

We have made every effort to ensure that the products sent to you arrive intact. a) we inspect and monitor goods dispatched from our warehouse b) the packaging stage is also monitored in most cases c) when collecting the shipment, the courier confirms that the packaging of the goods is intact

ON THE WAY TO THE CUSTOMER

We will send you all changes to the status of your order electronically (by email or text message). At each stage of delivery, you can monitor the status of your order yourself by clicking on the link provided.

DELIVERY

Before signing for the delivery from the courier, carefully check the packaging on all sides.
The courier cannot refuse to check the parcel upon delivery.
If you notice any damage to the packaging or goods (e.g. holes in the packaging, dents, tears, cuts, cracks, etc.), immediately ask the courier to draw up a damage report.

RESERVATIONS REGARDING THE CONDITION OF THE DELIVERY

If you notice any damage to the packaging, goods or missing items, please report this by email to contact@nox2.eu within 24 hours of the courier’s visit.
