The main goal of CarFix LAB chemists and technologists was to create a product for independent use that would reflect the entire service procedure used in specialised workshops. The first step is to dry the system. Thanks to the ProDry additives contained in CarFix® A/C REPAIR, the A/C system is chemically dried of harmful moisture particles contained in the system. The second step is to seal the aluminium components, which corrode over time and form microperforations that are the source of microleaks and losses. The third step is to seal the rubber components, mainly O-rings and gaskets in the cooling system. The fourth and very important step is to lubricate the system and compressor with the appropriate amount of synthetic oil recommended by most air conditioning compressor manufacturers, e.g. Denso. After completing the four steps described above, the gas loss in the cooling system is replenished with an equivalent of R134a gas, which is lighter than the original refrigerant but, above all, is a fully environmentally friendly gas that does not contribute to the greenhouse effect. Therefore, the use of CarFix® A/C REPAIR can be considered equivalent to a full service procedure in a specialised workshop.

Thanks to the innovative CarFix® A/C REPAIR formula, the A/C system is chemically dried of harmful moisture particles contained in the system, which freeze in the system during winter and can contribute to compressor damage. CarFix® A/C REPAIR is the first and only product on the market that DRYs the system. without creating a vacuum and without specialised equipment. As a result of this chemical process, water molecules are bound and converted into synthetic oil.
